Please comment. I really hope you all like this, I was on my way home after my sunset shoot and happened to see the beautiful sky and the reflection of the clouds bouncing off the calm water... so I jumped out and took just one last shot
That is the sky I hope to capture but rarely do, you were wise to stop the car and take the shot
The colors of the clouds are wonderful, even the placement of the gray small cloud just above the horizon on the left is very nice.
The border between sky and water (a land section, I assume) helps define the edge between real view and its reflection, the yellow section where the sun is settling makes for a nice highlight (bright spot) in this image.
There are two minor things about this shot that I am not too wild about, but as I said, MINOR
1) I like the type of watermark you use better than the last one, and its positioning is very inoffensive as well Yet, it contains a title which you have not given here for the shot (I am a nitpicker, haha)
2) The overall composition of the shot is well thought out, you are getting pretty good with square formats as well! The one thing I would have tried is the put a little more light (in post processing) on the rocks in the foreground to make them more visible as an active element in the shot. I thought about the possibility to actually darken them so they are just shades, but I think the camera angle doesn't really work for that.
Overall, very nice photo, I hope this comes through in comment
I've fallen in love with this photo from the first time I saw it. A truly beautiful composition and stunning colours make this piece of art absolutely amazing. I adore deep purple and red tones of it. The water is a perfect mirror of the sky. It's not easy to capture such a scenery in one shot and you've done this. Congratulations The watermark is done really well- it protects the artwork but is not too bright and we don't pay much attention to it. Overall, I think it's the best deviation of yours. It's a really gorgeous photo. Keep going on good work
