Looking Back by Andrea-Reyes Looking Back by Andrea-Reyes
There was always only one option... This is something I needed to put up for me...

Updated, I had a few spots in the sky that were bothering me and I had to take them out.

Thank you so much for viewing and commenting (=

it's interesting that looking back (from the center of the road anyway) can't be discerned from looking forward to the onlooker coz we don't know what direction you're going! :) but it is majorly important whether you're looking forward or back!

Nice, full view gives the texture of the stones on the road. Love the angle and the scene is so colorful..you'll find I'm a color junkie.

^-^ I have a few friends on dA that are color junkies (=
They have wonderful taste! I think my photos reflect my mood, when Im happy my photos tend to be colorful when im sad or upset they tend to be darker and if Im quiet/content then they tend to be warmer (=

I'm usually an upbeat person so that explains why i'm not crazy about shooting in the winter..

Yes I love the thought of the photo! You could use the picture either way... leaving behind the stormy past or going down a rough road ahead. Glad for you it's leaving it behind!!

Yes, I am leaving it behind me. I am trying my hardest to concentrate on my daughters school and the PTA. We have alot of fundraisers coming up this month and I have three programs to organize. One of them is called Child Safety Night. We are going to invite all the parents to come up to the school and we are having Officer Davis speak with the parents about child safety. We are having the same program during the day for the children, but it is not going to be as graphic.. so I am just going to drown myself in my volunteer work and keep looking for those sunny skies (=

thank you nathan, I only did this one because when I seen it, it reminded me of what Ive been through. The dark clouds, the straight line, no other option but to go straight... anyway thank you

road looks happy. sky looks sad.. you need happy sky 4 that road. i think,, more blue and fewer clouds.. will brighten the picture up.. in my humble opinion

oh okay that explains it better.. Your opinion is always welcome and I thank you for posting it (=

The reason I left the sky dark is because I have been through some tough times here lately and I am trying to leave all that behind me... This photo was basically for me, I am done with those stormy days (= My road is coming to a fork and I need to decide which path to take..

Maybe one day I will be able to go back to the same road and take another photo and it will show the sun shining (=
